Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right — read below for how our process works.
1. Return window
We accept return and refund requests within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
2. Non-returnable items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used beauty, skincare, or personal care products
- Intimate apparel or undergarments
- Items marked as Final Sale or purchased at clearance prices
- Gift cards or store credit
3. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bychloemorgan.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
For verified damaged or incorrect orders, we will offer a full refund or free replacement at no additional cost to you. You will not be required to return the item in these cases.
4. How to start a return
To initiate a return, email us at hello@bychloemorgan.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
- Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
Because our products are fulfilled by an international logistics partner (CJ Dropshipping), return shipping to the warehouse may take additional time. We will communicate all relevant instructions clearly once your return is approved.
5. Refund processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
- If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank, then contact us.
6. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at hello@bychloemorgan.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We do not currently offer size or color exchanges for items that were correctly fulfilled as ordered. If you ordered the wrong variant, please place a new order.
7. Sale items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased at a discounted or sale price are final sale and cannot be refunded, except in the case of damage or defect.
8. Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing hello@bychloemorgan.com. After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing or fulfillment and cannot be cancelled. In that case, please follow the return process above once your item arrives.
