Shipping & Delivery Policy

We partner with CJ Dropshipping to fulfill and ship your orders worldwide. Please read below for estimated delivery times, tracking information, and what to do if your order is delayed.

1. Order processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping times

Estimated delivery times below are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

Shipping times may be longer during peak seasons (November–January), major holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control such as customs delays or carrier disruptions.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer:

  • Free standard shipping on all US orders over $35
  • Flat-rate standard shipping for orders under $35
  • Expedited shipping available at checkout for an additional fee

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order using the link in that email or by visiting the carrier's website directly.

Please allow up to 3–5 business days after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update with your shipment's location.

5. Customs, duties, and taxes

By Chloe Morgan ships internationally. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. If you have questions about customs charges, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.

6. Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors and building management
  • Check all delivery locations at your address (mailbox, porch, side door)
  • Wait 2 additional business days, as packages are sometimes marked delivered before they arrive

If your package has not arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@bychloemorgan.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

For packages confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no charge.

7. Incorrect shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us within 24 hours at hello@bychloemorgan.com and we will do our best to make the correction before your order ships.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. In these cases, a reshipping fee may apply.

8. Multiple items in one order

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times depending on availability and warehouse location. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
